Intended Use

This analyzer is a fully automated instrument used to analyze glycosylated hemoglobin. It has the characteristics of small sample amount and simple operation. It is suitable for the detection of glycosylated hemoglobin in medical institutions. And the LD-560 analyzer has fully automatic system which is very easy for use. About the LD-560 it used in conjunction with suitable reagents for the quantitative detection of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in human blood. LD-560 is one of the latest HbA1c Analyzers, it consists of an auto sample injection module, a liquid chromatography separation module, a colorimetric detection and control module, a barcode scanning module, and a display printing module.

Reagents and Consumables

• Eluent A/Eluent B/Eluent C: Adjusts the pH of the solution for the elution of glycosylated hemoglobin and non-glycated hemoglobin.
• Hemolysis Reagent: Used to dissolve red blood cells and release hemoglobin.
• Chromatography column: Used for separation and elution of glycosylated hemoglobin and non-glycated hemoglobin.
• Filter: Used to initially filter the sample after hemolysis.
• Paper Rolls: Prints a report of the test results.
